How to Register as a User

Have a look around the webpages. 

Browse the various menu options and see what is there as a memebr of the public.  

Then go to the login section , scroll down looking at the left hand side of your screen and click 'create account'.  You will be prompted to enter your proposed user name and two other pieces of information.  You will also need to confirm agreement with site terms and conditions. 

When your details have been verified  we will send you your access password. [This process normally works automatically on line 24 hours per day so hopefully you will not need to wait long for your password by e-mail]
